Details
Challenge
Our task was to develop a hybrid production model that would combine traditional filming in a film studio with the capabilities of generative artificial intelligence. Instead of creating the world of advertising in the traditional way – using expensive sets, elaborate 3D models and conventional CGI – we have developed a process in which the two approaches complement each other.
In the studio, we filmed the actor and all the foreground elements, while the entire background was generated using AI. The key challenge, however, was not the creation of the images themselves, but their seamless integration with the film footage. Our objective was to maintain a consistent visual aesthetic and cinematic quality throughout the production, ensuring that the boundary between the real and the AI-generated worlds remained invisible to the viewer.
Implementation
The biggest technological challenge turned out to be bringing static AI images into a moving-picture format. We developed a process in which AI-generated frames were brought to life through camera movement that was itself created using AI. It was our first implementation of this kind and one of the most innovative aspects of the production.
The workflow we developed enabled the seamless integration of footage captured in the studio with AI-generated environments, while maintaining high image quality and visual consistency throughout the project. The project required close collaboration between the film studio and the animation department, which together developed a new working model based on integrating traditional production with AI tools.

Results
The end result confirmed that artificial intelligence can effectively support professional advertising production, while maintaining high image quality and a cinematic feel to the production. For us, the Lisner project was more than just another advertising spot – it was the first hybrid production in our studio and the starting point of a new chapter in our creative and technological development.
Results
The production model developed during the project paved the way for us to make informed use of artificial intelligence in subsequent creative and production processes. It also demonstrated that combining film-making expertise with new technologies makes it possible to carry out projects that, until recently, seemed difficult to achieve.
